Exchange Policy

In place of returns and refunds, we offer a one-time exchange option under the following conditions:

• Request Timing: Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery & as per terms of the Product. .
• Proof of Condition: Customers must record a clear unboxing video showing the package opening and product condition.
• Initiation Process: Please send an email to us with your order number and item details to initiate an exchange.
• Product Value: Exchanges are allowed only for items of equal or higher value. Any price difference for a higher-priced item must be paid by the customer.

Non-Exchangeable Conditions

An item will not be eligible for exchange if:

• The 3-day exchange window has expired.
• The item is not in original condition.
• Tags, packaging, or invoice are missing.
• The product has been used or washed.
• The order has already been shipped, and a cancellation is requested afterward.
